Waited half an hour for materials on previous trip. Now today sold our reserved render what we have paid for. Absolute disgrace as we are half way through spreading. Will not use this company again!

I would just like to show some appreciation for one of your class 1 Moffet drivers who kindly off his own back just unloaded a pallet off my truck while he had his moffet in use, I didn’t catch his name but think he said he’s from the Sheffield area and was delivering in dn3 Doncaster, so again, thanks to the driver!

I needed to buy a part and was told it was discontinued, but they had some remaining stock, and they gave it to me for free because of the delay in finding the part. Great service

It should have been a simple pick up of 2 beads ( 2 x 3m ) and 4 bags of rendering. When I came back from the shop and checked the beads, the size was wrong. I thought it was just a simple mistake and called them back to organise a swap and the person on the phone said, yes come back and we can swap it. I drove all the way back straight away only to be told that they don't have 3m beads (which I had already paid for) and they offered to sell me another 2.5m one...(what?). Waste of time!
