Iceland Supermarket Ilford

Very poor service. I order items for home delivery and received the delivery over an hour later than promised. All the frozen goods were completely melted beyond recovery and no longer edible. I tried contacting the store since seeing the state of the products but they repeatedly hung up on me. Very poor customer service and staff

Prices are Okay. Eggs are cheap compared to other competitors. Not many options available. But reasonable for prices in current economic situation.

I would not recommend Iceland, because you get a parking ticket while shopping there, the staff who is at the tills, should inform the people, that parking is not free and you can get a refund for the pound you pay for parking.From my experience, I would never come to this shop again.

They give you a parking ticket of £60 for shopping. DO NOT COME HERE. Better to go sainsbury where you get free parking and better quality of food and priced

This is my regular on the go and for quick grocery shopping place. I have been going to this place for over 23 years, fairly small but you get pretty much everything from here. Really good for frozen food, fruit, eggs and other snacks. Really like the delivery service for people who don’t drive, just shop, pay and choose the slot, shopping on your door step. Recently they introduced scan and go which is really convenient, don’t need to wait for long queue if you have couple of things. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

their parking policies are indiscriminate and awful. A 77 year old pensioner for a £60 ticket bloody disgraceful

Food is always Delicious in this place and staff is always very good in behave service is extremely good . Loved itThankyou guys
