I cannot recommend Kam and her team at Wallfinch highly enough. They were incredibly responsive in getting Dad home from hospital and then provided outstanding and compassionate care in his last few weeks.

Great company to work for, the field/management teams are very professional and great support system, especially the management, always at the end of the phone if needed , very rewarding job and flexible hours too. .

There are good care companies and bad ones I have worked in both and i can honestly say Walfinch Independent Home Living in Oxfordshire is by far the best, I feel like i have an extended family, everyone is so friendly and there is always help from the office team if needed also other advise or help that is not work related nothing is too much trouble, all the staff work hard and give 100% because Walfinch look after their staff and appreciate what we do and im so proud to be part of the Walfinch team.
