Great value store with very reasonable and good quality stock

There wasn't always very good designs on the clothing and quite a few times i found food on the clothes themselves which was actually quite disgusting. Most of the sizes are not always in stock so if i can't find my size in something i like the look of i usually can't find anything else i like the look of.

Ricky I believe his name was. He was tall,slim with glasses. No emotion on his face.So unfriendly and didn’t want to help when looking for additional products, the store has now lost my custom as a regular. If help is needed avoid asking him.Might need to have some basic customer service training on how to treat customers!

The selection of clothes changed a lot since I visited last time. It is all jeans and not much more in terms of any other trousers. Was left a bit disappointed as I used to shop here a lot. Otherwise, the store is very clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful.

Found some new shoes at a good price. Especially pleased that they stocked half sizes. Well managed queing system too.

My daughter found a few pieces in here, it was surprisingly busy with a wait on the changing rooms. You do need to try items on, as they sizing varies even in store with a size 8 being too big and a size 10 being too small, the various style fits of jeans makes it hard to get it right without trying on a dozen!

*Edit*Recently in last 2 months the store has been reorganised and it's easy to get round now they haven't crammed so much stock by the front door, so the last few visits have been a pleasure to shop here. Plenty of room now gor my wheelchair ♿ to get round. Also staff on the actual floor to help if you need something, so last few visits were 5* so upgraded from previous 3*--------------------------------------Lovely friendly staff, great selection of stock, which is well made and fits my long arms and legs.Fairly well set out, but accessible lift on the one side NEVER works, which is bloody annoying! At the other entrance from the parade part, the first few racks are crammed in and I can't get in without knocking stock over in my power chair, so that frustrates me as that's the most recent stock in that area, and what I'm most interested in.Staff are friendly though and on the odd occasion I've returned something, it's done fuss free .Just needs reorganising a little better as it's a big store

Great branch of H&M in Sutton Coldfield. Carries a great range of stock. Friendly staff and service when I visited. Would return over the larger city centre store.

Nice small H&M. Not a huge range and would be nice to see a bigger baby section as the range is very small however enjoyed my visit and got what I needed. Not hugely accessible. Had trouble with a pushchair as no room to manoeuvre so a wheelchair would struggle.
