Rang and left a message for Doug and he responded quickly the same day. I had a bad stain on my bedroom carpet that I had tried to get out with every product possible including 10 goes with my Vax cleaner to no avail. Doug popped round the next morning to assess and managed to remove the stain there and then! Thought I was going to have to buy a new carpet. Thanks Doug great service!

Absolutely superb service and value for money from Doug!We have a four bedroom terraced house, and the carpets had some stubborn stains, which other local companies told us would still remain after cleaning. Doug convinced us of his experience and superior equipment, and our carpets look as good as new, even after eleven years!Will definitely be using Doug's excellent company again!

Contacted Doug as was moving out of a property I rented and wanted to ensure the carpets were clean and fresh for the new tenant. He was available the very next day and arrived a touch early. Did a fantastic job very efficient, professional and quick. Cost £200 for lounge, stairs, landing and 3 small bedrooms. Excellent value
