Canine Paradise is a lovely place to send your dogs for doggy day care and overnight stays. Our 2 dogs love going there

Took my boy for his first time swimming at canine aqua splash, greeted warmly, and shown around. The pool looked nice and clean, with powerful fitltration humming away. I wore a wet suit, but, other than for protection against my dogs claws, it was not needed, the water was nice and warm. He had a great time swimming, and took to it really well. I will definitely go back soon. Very freindly staff, and there was someone close by the whole time.

Really nice place for dogs who love to swim and you can get in with them if you want.It is what it is so don't expect lush surroundings, its a large pool but it is clean and tidy.First time swimmers (dogs) I honestly feel you need to get in there with your pups and encouragement is needed. You must learn how to handle your dog whilst it's in the water with you or you are going to get nailed to shreds. The help wasn't very helpful or enthusiastic to a new swimmer.. but if your used to your dogs swimming its a lovely half hour of fun. But please remember.... half hour of swimming/ playing will knacker your mutt out ....

Our dog has been going to day care here for over 4 years. Fantastic care and run by proper dog people. We also check Coco in to the hotel whenever we go away, which she absolutely loves. Couldn't recommend enough.

We’ve been bringing our spaniel to doggy daycare for 8 yrs, she just loves it here. The hotel is also fantastic, we wouldn’t send her anywhere else. Friendly, professional, experienced staff and owners.

Our doggy, Poppy, has been going to Canine Paradise for several years. She regularly goes to the daycare and has also stayed overnight in the hotel many times. She absolutely loves it. She doesn’t say goodbye when we drop her off as she’s running into the building! When she comes home she’s always happy. Cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic staff, lovely and hugely experienced.

Our puppy loves this place. In fact my poor wife was a bit disappointed that he wasn't super excited to see her when she picked him up after his first day.He slept so well that evening and night and was much calmer than normal next day. The team here are so cheerful and it's clear they love caring for the dogs. I found the place by accident driving past, but am glad I did. The pricing is very reasonable too, and if you book a monthly block in advance the discounts are helpful.

First time going to canine splash and was a great experience. The place was clean, the young man there was very calm with my dog and made her feel comfortable. Having the whole place to yourself is definitely nice while the dog has a swim. Would definitely recommend as I'll be coming back.

The reply of this review from the owner is warranting me to write more.My dog name is legend and everyone that has known him knows he’s a healthy husky. Always playful. The dog I came back to was not that.This is two dogs that have had a viral infection from your hotel. Another person posted a review too. Two people now definitely means your company fail to look after dogs and neglect them.One of your workers whom you told off! Told me he was getting better and they wanted to spend more time with him. You stated you weren’t aware of this interaction. Please do not lie.I’m terms of paying for his medical bill. You offered and then wanted me to pay it back. I paid that medical bill within split seconds as I take the welfare of my dog seriously. I paid you guys to take care of my dog from 28th July - 2nd August and you got him a viral infection which he now needs to be hospitalised!!! so no amount of money that your company provided will cover that. Hold yourself accountable for almost costing my dog his life. You lied to the vets about the severity of his illness. Had you had told the truth he would’ve stayed at the emergency vets you chose for him to go to. You had his vets information but did not take him there. You had my emergency contacts but failed to get in touch with them and told me the day before I was returning back to the uk. Each time I needed information I had to call several times and I have all screenshot proof so do not lie. I really hope people read the bad reviews and see you guys for what you are. So this does not happen to another dog.
