One of the dirtiest KFC I've visited. What is the worst no one is doing anything there apart of standing/watching the screen and waiting for a chicken to be cooked. In fact the food was very oily. I was bored so I was an observer- watching closely due waiting for my order. Absolutely disaster. Firstly I was waiting 16 min for my 3 piece meal (pieces was given incorrect so I complained). Then I was waiting additional 30min just to get my order right (chicken frying time is 17-20min). Someone said that one of the machines was broken and they are sorry. Places to seat wasn't clean, lots of rubbish on the tables, on the floor. Behind the counter, food worktops etc dirty. Also all delivery orders was just standing on the counter like between 20-30min straight without being kept worm. Can you imagine how it will taste?? Yhhhh avoid this place. You have other restaurants around so go there. One more thing, it wasn't busy. Time of my visit between 5pm-6pm

Was given raw chicken - when I challenged them the customer service was poor and stated I will only refund you your wrap" - no empathy as she thought they gave me the incorrect sauce

App failure on multiple occasions, why bother having an app if you can't make it work? Perhaps offer an alternative while it's down. Luckily there are other eateries nearby which we can all use instead. Don't think it's wise to visit this place until they get their act together. KFC standards really are going down hill if judged on this particular branch.The owners of KFC UK need to look into matters and especially this particular branch, extremely bad for the image of the brand and customer retention.

Food poisoned twice! First time I didn’t think of them to be the main reason. But it happened the second time exactly same.They don’t care about food quality and I can’t recommend them at all!!

Ordered online at 12:35 we where there untill 13:15 and it still wasn’t ready. They failed to communicate with us and ended up telling us it wasn’t on the system so they didn’t make it…would have been usefull to know when we got there because then we didn’t have time to get an alternative lunch. They where rude and inconsiderate acted like it was an us problem even though we had the conformation up and showed them our order number. Pretty disapointed and hungry tbh could have been spoken too nicer with more transparency.

Be aware that they tried adding on a size upgrade without me asking for it! Other than that, food was ready quickly, was hot and nice, though chicken coating wasn't as seasoned as others I have been to.

Ordered a fillet burger meal with two wings, soon as I finish the burger I immediately start feeling sick. Ended up with food poisoning the next day!

This place is filthyFull of flies around the vicinity of the food and till area. Food it self wasn't great felt like it was re heated and very oily. Food was cold as well , didn't taste great at all. The only positive was that the service was quick as got served quickly as there was no que.
