Back to Britannia Tyres with an issue from a previous visit and new parts in January .Busy time as usual at the Moror Works but they did their best and accommodated me asap and sourced parts quickly to get the car legal and safe .Great team and always approachable and helpful .

Brilliant team - rang them about a tyre issue and was seen the same day. In and out in about 10 minutes and were lovely enough not to charge, even after I asked if they wanted anything, really appreciate as I was quoted £20 elsewhere for the same thing!! would highly recommend :)

Once again this place excelled themselves. Perfect customer service - they do get busy so unless you book be prepared to wait but they will try and fit you in when they can.

Well recommended. I personally say you know how good a place is when they make a mistake. I had an issue where the man who could finish the repair to my car went home and my car couldn't be fixed.They were very apologetic, gave me a discount without asking, and did some minor extra work for free. Excellent service 10 out of 10 and this is why they keep my custom. Cannot recommend enough.

Thank you to Laurie & the guys at Britannia for being so accommodating, helpful & kind. Gave me a discount on my MOT (as I had to have it tested twice due to not being able to get repairs done within the ‘free re-test’ deadline) – totally unexpected, & really kind/ welcome! Been in twice now, & it’s obvious from hearing other customers that they have a loyal customer base who return repeatedly. It’s clear to see why they seem to have a constant stream of customers...with honest/ fair prices, speedy service, & great customer service – would certainly recommend them to others based on my experience. Wish I’d known about them years ago!
