Your Safari

We have used this company twice for Safaris in Namibia and Botswana. Both were excellent. Kathryn goes out of her way to try and find the wildlife you want to see and does not stick to rigid times and places. As the company name says it is Your Safari" and she goes out of her way to make it just that. The first safari was with Kathryn in Namibia and her knowledge and experience of the best places to find the wildlife and the best places to be to photograph them was outstanding. Not only did we see all the "usual" animals you want to see but we also saw more unusual ones such as Caracal

Kathryn was a little shocked when I turned up and announced what I really wanted to see was Elephants, Giraffes and Zebras. Although this could have made for a really easy safari for her, she nevertheless worked tirelessly to find me some lions, (as well as the above of course) to ensure that I went away having had the full" experience. It was our final morning in Etosha when we finally found them

I have done two guided trips to Namibia with Kathryn, I hope to do more. I cannot fault her and her colleagues in any way. Their organisation is first class. Wonderful wildlife sightings on both trips and great company.

We used Your Safari first in August 2017 to suggest and book our first three week trip to Namibia and Etosha, all except the flights for four of us. Everything ran smoothly and we had an amazing time, visiting some stunning locations and photographing some amazing wildlife. I am sure we couldn't have booked it cheaper if we tried.We have since used Kathryn and Your Safari to book several trips to the Kgalagadi, Kruger and again Etosha. One year we were caught in a drought, no ones fault just nature, and Kathryn re-organised our itinerary from the UK while we were in Namibia, amazing. She made what could have been a very quiet wildlife photography trip another one we will remember for the good sightings. We look forward to using our Kruger accommodation in 2022 that is now two years delayed.

We went on a magical family safari to Namibia this July, with our two children aged 11 and 13. Kathryn and Jacqui organised everything perfectly for us. Every detail was expertly arranged and so thoughtful - with birthday surprises and treats in several places. They gave us such good advice in advance so that when we arrived there was something for all of us to enjoy - it was truly a holiday of a lifetime. Thank you!

In the Spring of 2019 I was on a safari/tour of Namibia with 'Your Safari'. This safari was, by far, the most economical and enjoyable wildlife trip I have been on. Our guide and driver< Kathryn Haylett, was the most knowledgeable and most pleasant guide I have ever encountered. Her knowledge of the country and the animals made this the most pleasant and successful such trip of my experience. Everything was always well organized and well timed. I would recommend 'Your Safari' and Kathryn Haylett without reservation.

To be short and to the point, this will be one of your best choices when considering an African adventure. The whole procedure from start to finish will be handled on a personal and professional basis. I have used Your Safari" now for 3 different safari's and each time everything was handled flawlessly. As a wildlife photographer I can only continue to praise Kathryn for her detailed knowledge of both Namibia and Botswana

We have used Your Safari for three holidays, two to Namibia and one to Botswana, all have been perfectly arranged by Katheryn and her staff, on two occasions they have even arranged for a friend from Australia to join us on holidays. Avery professional and helpful travel company and we will certainly be using them again.
