General waste and recycling bin haven't been collected for 2 weeks each. Green flies and loads of bottles making my garden look like a dumping ground. Customer service said they will try to return in 5 bloody days. Looks like green fly barbecue coming up. What do we pay council tax for????

The majority of the people round here treat the environment as a massive bin, there’s constant trash all over the place. We pay loads in council tax but these environmental people are no where to be seen.Welcome to salford city dump!

Tried to complain about garbage for about 2 years with no results, now I'm trying to complain about noise from industrial estate. No one cares, absolutely useless organization. I don't understand why we pay so much money???

Salford Council, quite possibly the largest collection of imbeciles in any one place.I've been trying for 2 days to get hold of environmental services, it's no wonder people dump things if they can't get a decent answer from these idiots at the council.The service we get of our council does not compare to the money that we pay in council tax.

can i ask why for the second time running my waste bin as not been emptied after raising a complaintwith customer services i was told to leave my bin outside in which i did and yet again it as not been emptied
