We have been working with Splash MFP for the past 12 months and can only highly recommend them. We received good advice regarding the best printing options for our organisation and the service since then has been nothing short of excellent. Very friendly people and response time is second to none!

I bought a Canon IR256 from Splash, I had been really fed up with a very cheap and nasty Canon ir1643 which had a very horrible touch screen so Splash recommended the IR256 and I am delighted with it, it is so much better built than the small cheap machine. The guy from Splash has always been incredibly helpful and very patient and has always been excellent at repairs and remote diagnostics. I would recommend Splash as they clearly put customer service above everything else.

Jack visited during the summer on a leaflet drop advertising Splash MFP's services. 2 months or so later, I am in the market for a new printer! I enlisted their help and I remembered Jack not only because he was so smart and professional - but because I was so impressed that for a chap of his age he was actively working on promoting the business! I arranged a visit with Jack and to my surprise he came the same afternoon, and in less than 24 hours we had a new, state of the art - something out of a sci-fi film, printer and peace of mind that we have a reliable and very helpful service. Jack was knowledgable and professional throughout, answered all my questions to be best of his ability - he really knows his stuff! He then came by the next morning along with Aaron to set it all up and show us how to use it. A super friendly, family run business, nothing ever seems too much. We had an issue a few weeks ago with a Windows update , our old machines ie copier ,scanner & plotter became un compatible . Within 2 hours of calling Splash MFP Ltd Aaron visited our offices . Within 3 days ( including the Bank holiday ) we had new machines fully installed an operational . We couldn't have asked for better service . The Canon machines recommended by Splash , the TM-300 with scanner and Canon C3525i , are a genuine benefit to our business . I would have no issues in recommending Splash MFP Ltd .

Splash MFP were a great find for us, it was a relief to find a company who worked on a solution for what we needed and under budget. The result now being a nice shiny machine that has improved productivity for us by being able to Print/Copy/Scan to email and even air print from our mobile devices at a touch of a button!!
