The Zen Nails & Beauty Southampton

Very welcoming. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but the guy in the shop made me feel at ease and explained the different types of manicures and gel/acrylic options that they provided. Friendly and professional service. I thoroughly enjoyed my manicure and gel session and will definitely be visiting again. Definitely recommend!

The service was great. I came for a pedicure and the girl doing it took her time and I did not feel rushed. The place is very clean and has a great atmosphere. Everyone is professional and extremely friendly.

Me and my partner went in for a pamper sesh before our wedding!! He got a manicure, which was nicely done, looked like a hand model afterwards haha. I got a pretty ombré acrylic. Nails were exactly as I asked and was very affordable too. For both it was only £50!! Will definitely be coming here again to get them redone before our holiday!

I like trying different nail salons, it depends where I am at the time I decide they need doing. I usually won’t realise how badly they need doing until I’m at a self service checkout or something and look down at my nails. Anyway, this day I was in portswood. I tried this place for the first time, the staff were friendly and the end result of my nails looked really good! Overall great experience, i’m impressed by how skilled the staff are. They even stayed after closing time to get mine and my friends done bless them, very committed and hard working staff In this salon, and they take care with what they do. I highly recommend!

The staff were very kind and friendly. I don’t get my nails done often so I felt a little out of place but they made me feel like a valued customer which helped me relax. I will definitely be returning!

The picture speaks for itself. This is how my nails looked like after 6 days. I had to put some nail polish on it to protect my nails until someone else could fix their mess. The staff were also very rude. Not sure why anyone would want to go there.Reply to owner's response: Photo of the Zen and the person who did it is uploaded and cropped for anonymity. Since you don't accept card, there is no bank transaction to further add to this. I think everyone here knows who is lying.

They’re clean, quick professional and well mannered. Everyone is always friendly and I love how my nails always come out. So glad I ended up at The Zen Nails and Beauty!

There is a reason why this place is 5 stars. Absolutely amazing. Jasmin was able to get my ingrown nails in one shot. She did a stunning job on my full set. If this place was closer to me it would be my new salon. AMAZING.

Excellent nail salon!!! I started coming to this place last summer and I have always been very happy with the quality of service! All of the staff are very nice and friendly & they really care about their customers & service they provide! They do the best nails & pedicures!!!
