Zack at Dacia/Renault was extremely helpful when choosing our new Dacia. He was transparent throughout the whole process and was particularly helpful when Dacia put a block on new cars going out. Zack arranged for us to borrow the demo car while we waited for our new car. Zack was very friendly and made the whole process smooth for us. We love our new car.
