Phoned for a taxi and it arrived super quick. Taxi driver super friendly and great service and price. Would definitely recommend

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by B-line on 17 October: prompt arrival as booked; courteous and efficient drive to an outlying village; collected promptly for the return journey later the same day.

The service you get from this company is great. Text alerts to let you know when the car is coming, the reg no. and if it’s due to be late. Unfortunately one of the drivers we had from the 3 cars we booked turned out to be a racist, misogynist, who made one of our party so angry and uncomfortable that it ruined their evening. Not only this but the driver made a crude remark about their occupation, calling it “boring”.Update: I sent a complaint directly to the company about two weeks ago. They haven’t responded so I’m updating the score to 1 star, if they’re not going to take it seriously.

I have tried to call for a taxi 3x each time I waited around 20 minuets before hanging up with no answer!! The amount of custom they loose due to simply not answering the phone is madness. I have used b-line with good custom before however they need to get a new receptionist asap. In the end I gave up and called A1.

Over priced, driver who runs salt and pepper gave incorrect change… apparently this is a regular thing he does and charged £17.50 for what another company changed £14 for later in the evening!

Absolutely awful. We were hugely overcharged by B-Line taxis. We were charged over £75 by them for a 20 minute journey! SEVENTY FIVE POUNDS and I have the proof to show it. Unbelievable. I’m sickened and disgusted by what happened here. I have contacted B-Line to follow up here and have been given no reply. Surely this wasn’t supposed to be the case. We were told that journey should have cost in the region of £20. I’d like this matter resolved as soon as possible, or I will escalate this to Trading Standards.Update:After contacting you THREE TIMES via e-mail and receiving no reply, I have indeed escalated this to Trading Standards. How dare you accuse me of lying after the scam your driver pulled on us? They can’t find the time to reply to me, but can to attack me over the internet. Avoid this company at all costs.

Such a first class service. Excellent for a woman on her own. You are notified by text your taxi's colour, make, & registration number when making the booking. You can then track your taxi, & even phone your driver, if you wish. If you are waiting for it, amongst a lot of people ( in our case, coming out the theatre last night) somebody else can not take your taxi, as you show the driver your text. Drivers were friendly, very punctual, & & taxis immaculate.driver your text.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to B-Line. They supplied a disabled taxi for a wedding on Saturday and the service was 10 out of 10 from the initial booking texts to confirm. I also booked a later taxi for myself and husband which was waiting for us would highly recommend them as originally I phoned at least 6/7 companies for this service and was amazed at the lack of disabled taxis. One particular company in Barnstaple specialising in disabled taxis does not offer this service on a weekend!!!!! Anyway B-LINE fantastic and got my parents to their grandson's wedding day. THANK YOU AGAIN

Having had a major car accident 3 weeks ago, was wary about using a stranger for a taxi service. I explained this all to the office and was supplied with Trevor. The journey to a motor dealer to search for a new car was easy, informative, humorous and uneventful. I cannot thank Trevor and B-Line enough for the care and courtesy they afforded me. I thoroughly enjoy the afternoon, was afforded some great support and interesting exchange of views. Thank you so much....
