This practice has continously failed my elderly relative and I can only describe their treatment as negligent. On multiple occasions, there were initially small health issues which have been mismanaged and not treated which have resulted in the conditions worsening to a life-critical stage and emergency hospital admissions have been needed. I'm completely disgusted at the poor level of care, and lack of accountability on health issues that could have been mitigated and treated quickly and effectively with the appropriate treatment at the time of the issue being highlighted to the GP.

Called at 8am ON THE DOT as instructed to try and make an appointment - phone rang for a minute or two, then hung up without even putting me on hold or anything, and now I'm as we speak calling back and it's just telling me the line is busy and not even connecting me.What's the point of a GP surgery I can't even use?

Getting through to reception to book an appointment takes more than one attempt, time and patience, but I continue to find the clinical care at this practice excellent.

Reception staff are extremely rude, they use the we're understaffed " excuse. Great...get some more staff and learn how to speak to people who are calling because they have a concern about their health..."

Patchy, hit and miss service. Some of the doctors are great but others aren't. I left because I didn't feel anyone was listening, particularly the reception staff who seem to think it's their duty not to make an appointment for patients

I absolutely love this GP practice. They are friendly, genuinely care and work very hard on your behalf. They bend over backwards to accommodate you and within reason usually succeed. I think they provide an excellent service especially given these times of overworked and under appreciated staff. Thank you!

Appalling receptionist named Veronica came across very rude shouting down phone at me too please stop when I was trying to explain I was told by bri EMT I needed antibiotics and to be seen asap by doctor and I rang at 8:30 for appointment fully booked for the day so say and told I I could only have a call from a duty doctor I said to the women I needed see a doctor as I know they can't hand out antibiotics over phone way I was spoken too is completely unprofessional and should not be working in such a position.

A patient here for six years. Most recently I used the e-consult system to describe symptoms and upload a picture online - quick and easy to do. The next day I was sent a text to confirm I'd been booked in with the relevant healthcare professional, who saw me on time and was friendly and personable. Much better than calling up to book an appointment.

Always attentive and helpful despite shortage of staff and high workload.Very understanding but careful to ensure patient needs are legitimate and necessary. Maybe not easy to have a face to face but online triage a useful substitute and can result in a phone consultation.

I have been with this surgery for about 2 years now and have never had a pleasant experience with the people who work on reception. I have never been spoken to in such a rude and uncaring manner. This really needs to change, the tone is unnecessary and unprofessional.
