Went into wren kitchens today after work and still in my work uniform so yes a bit of a mess but clean. There was many staff on site in fact lots of staff and most just sitting or standing chatting.We felt we were absolutely not welcome as we were ignored or looked up and down.Please either dress up or don’t go here as they judge you by your appearance, I’m now off to another store and won’t be back and for your Info the budget of £30k will now be spent with another company.The experience reminded me of a film Pretty woman

A great patter in the showroom. Kitchens are decent quality, we were genuinely fine with the ‘sales’ part of the purchase.Problems started with fitting, basically got ripped off by their ‘approved’ fitters and three months later they haven’t finished the kitchen. I have been promised a call ‘within 24-48 hours’ by their expert fitting team on a weekly basis. And guess what? I haven’t received one single call. It’s a shame when you have to resort to legal advice to try and get the kitchen fitted. Their communication is absolutely shocking.If they ever finish the kitchen I still wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, ever.

We were very happy with our designer who took into account our requirements in our new kitchen plus gave us a few ideas which were incorporated. He took us around the showroom and showed us worktop selection, cabinets, taps, flooring cooker hoods, ovens and hobs, taking note of our preferences. He also explained in detail finance terms which we took advantage of.

From start to finish it was seamless, I provided measurements, which were later checked by there expert. The sales planner went through what we wanted. Kitchen arrived as agreed. It was fitted shortly after and we are very happy with the finished product.

We reported kitchen door not closing,poor alignment,elec double plug socket slipping down,,problem with the sink water pressure,,,,we were told,get a joiner or,sent us videoof how to do it,get a plumber to do sink,we got kitchen from stirling,they gave us a phone number to call,unit isnt a year old yet,but,door was called by opening and closing,!after a year,,must be poor quality units,,did not expect this from a company this size.Marion Hamilton160 carseviewTullibodyFk102st.

My sister and I recently got our kitchen fitted. Sale part was fine. It’s the after sales service that is a nightmare. A few things not given that we asked for. However, they gave a free ex display tap but with no additional connectors which meant when we called they said they don’t have it. We had to go and purchase it. The kitchen cupboards were missing and the team at Wren were just not helpful. Kept saying it’s delivered. If it’s been delivered we wouldn’t be calling you. Also, the lights were missing too. The fitters had to go and purchase it.The Clearabee company they use is awful. They collected tiles but left majority of it in our garden. Their excuse we lift it as a goodwill gesture. That was not told to us by Wren. Wren confirmed all items will be collected.The communication between Wren, Clearabee and the fitters is shocking. None take ownership of issues.Personally not happy at all with the service and regret having our kitchen done with them. Avoid.

Stay away from this absolute joke of a showroom! They will tell you that your units have been removed from your design only for them to arrive few weeks later. Stuart Armstrong advised me that there would be a wine cooler included as well as a unit removed and well little to find out nothing has been ordered/ removed. Every time you try and call customer service it’s took me 45 min, I’ve took this now to the furniture ombudsman as it’s caused me too much hassle involving joiners getting made to come back and the whole renovation being slowed down. If you’re buying a kitchen from here, read everything in fine detail as they will tell you one thing and do another!

We needed to modernise our kitchen and had several visits until we were happy with the design. Each time I left and went home I thought of something else and the staff were more than happy to accommodate our changes. Very helpful and friendly staff. The app works well and is a great feature of kitchen planning and also after care.
