Very disappointed...I registered myself on this practice back in June 2020 when I was 7 months pregnant and had a dental abscess. It was a dental emergency but they didn't bother to see me and after several calls I could finally get a call from a doctor to be prescribed some antibiotics.Today I tried to make an appointment as I still have the untreated tooth that originated this infection and they just told me they couldn't get any appointment for me because they never saw me before , even if I'm registered there. Well , of course they didn't because I was refused an appointment everytime I tried... What's the point in accept new patients (and have it written on the website) when in fact you don't?Thank you for your not so gentle care anyway.

If you do not see a dentist within 12 months they remove you from their books without notice. I called today for an appointment to be told due to 2 failed appointments and not seeing the dentist in a year they had removed me from the books. The 2 failed appointments is a lie, I had never not shown. It had been over 12 months but to not be informed is bad practice.

This place has gone to rack and ruin! They have now become greedy and trying to push all clients to pay, pay, pay for private care. The place itself looks like a slum with no customer parking. 1 disabled space which can often be filled by anyone! We have been customers of the practise for several years but I’ve now been informed I can no longer be treated here as I’ve not been for a while! If I pay I can be seen tomorrow but not on NHS. Sheer greed! I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for a dentist unless you want to finance dentists who drive a Porsche!

Without saying good morning, my dentist expressed his disappointment in a slightly rude and abrupt manner that I was 7 minutes. I left my home a lot of earlier than I normally do and due to adverse traffic, I was late. This was the first time I was late for any medical appointment. However, I would not expect my practice and/or dentist to know this. I do expect better manners and to not be embarrassed like this, especially in front of other medical practitioners (i.e., dentist assistant). I said that I apologised for any inconvenience caused but I would now expect my apology for all my previous appointments that were never on time because of Gentle Dental running behind. Double standards is a real thing. I am now thinking of changing dentists. Shame, I did like it at Gentle Dental.

Dentists come and go. Treatment began 2022, 1 appt next Spring 2023 bodged root canal still in pain, didnt have the right tools apparently as treatment on NHS asked could I have it done private then he laughed and said same treatment still no tools. Tried ringing to rearrange cancelled family appts no appts in the foreseeable future. Reading other comments they are binning of NHS patients to go totally private. Try getting into a dentist in Worcester now.

I'm absolutely fuming. This dentist has now cancelled my appointment 3 times ! I have had to book 3 days annual leave fir these appointments which means 3 holiday days completely wasted !!! The receptionist offered no apology on all phone call conversations. I said ' no apology. The dentist firstly reduces hours to P/T then wants to go private so I can no longer have my treatment. Disgusting patient care pure greed !!!

Awful service! My husband has just received a text message advising him his next appointment has been cancelled, with no explanation. He called the practice to be advised that the Dentist is no longer supporting NHS patients only private patients. He will have to find an alterative dentist. We questioned why they were not writing to patients to advise, to be told 'we have thousands of patients so its not practical'. Having been a patient of the practice for over 10 years, this is appalling service! If the practice is looking to offer a private service, they may want to invest in making the practice presentable!

Don't use this dentists. Emergency appointment 4 months ago with broken swollen tooth, charged and booked in 2 months later. Showed up, was only 10 minute appointment, confirmed broken tooth, charged and booked in ...two months time. Just before appointment had a text saying it was cancelled, no option to re book.

One of the worst dentists around, having seen the destruction of my friends extraction makes the Marathon Man scene with Sir Laurence Oliver appear like a comic book. Avoid at all costs, an absolute disgrace to proper dentists!! TruelyAppalling!!
