I recently had the pleasure of receiving dental treatment from Dr. Amie Patel at Platinum Dental Care, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease.Dr.Patel's professionalism is truly commendable. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss all of my concerns and goals for my dental health. Her carefulness and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my treatment. It was clear that she was genuinely invested in providing me with the best possible care. Not to mention that I was showed all the problems I had with my teeth not only on an radiography image but also on a digital 3D in-colour image that is way easier to be understood by a non-medical individual.One of the aspects that stood out most to me was Dr. Patel's approachability. She explained each step of the treatment process in a clear and understandable manner, making sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her timely explanations helped alleviate any anxiety.Dr. Amie Patel's positive attitude was infectious. It made the entire dental experience feel more like a spa procedure than a medical one. I can honestly say that during the treatments, I didn't feel the slightest discomfort. Her use of top-notch modern equipment and her expert skills ensured a painless and smooth process.The results of Dr. Patel's work are nothing short of brilliant. I had a porcelain onlay on one of my teeth and a composite restoration on another, and both have exceeded my expectations. I also underwent a home whitening procedure and teeth contouring, which have left me with a smile that I absolutely adore.I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Amie Patel and the entire Platinum Dental Care team for helping me boost my self-confidence through their exceptional dental care. A superb level of treatment.I’ve had a few sessions now, and the quality of work from dentists like Nadia and Margot is wonderful.I’m really happy with my treatment.I didn’t feel a thing during the procedures - indeed one time it was so relaxing I fell asleep (only briefly, thankfully) - and the quality of the work is stunning.They’ve both been almost forensic in ensuring the quality of the treatment was good enough. Never felt rushed, never felt they were on the clock.I think the prices maybe on the higher side (but I haven’t compared enough to the other local dentists), but you get what you pay for.I literally can’t recommend them enough for the quality of the work, and helpfulness of the staff. This is service worth paying for.

I had my Invisalign treatment done at Platinum Dental with Dr Shah and she was just absolutely amazing. It was so lovely and refreshing to have a dentist actually ask and listen to exactly what you want and work with you to achieve it. She explains all the steps very clearly and makes sure you’re satisfied with things before moving onto the next part of your treatment. I feel so lucky to have stumbled across this practice. The whole team at Platinum Dental are just wonderful.

Platinum Dental care is an outstanding practice. Everyone is extremely professional and you really feel you are receiving the best dental care. Christina is an excellent dentist who I would highly recommend. I've just finalised the Invisalign treatment yesterday and I'm very happy with the result. Doctor Sarika Shah has been very supportive during the whole treatment. I had a hygiene appointment and filling and very pleased with the result! Definitely going back again.

I was very nervous about having Invisalign treatment, and Dr Shah and her team made it such a great experience! I just finished my treatment last week and was taken care of really well throughout the process. Dr Shah was extremely reassuring and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Recently finished my invisalign treatment with platinum dental care. I am very happy with the results, I received a great treatment plan that improved my teeth and overbite. Dr Shah and Veronica are really friendly and are the best dental professionals I've ever been treated by. Would highly recommend.

Very frustrating Invisalign service. Poor communication and it’s taking long time for dentures to complete. I have had two appointments where the Invisalign were not ready and the dentist did not contact me prior to appointment. There are better providers out there so I would encourage you to go elsewhere. It’s going to be a year by the time i am finished with my mine when I was told only 6 months.

I had composite bonding done here at Platinum Dental Care with Dr Amie Patel last week. I couldn’t recommend the clinic or Dr Amie Patel enough. She is extremely kind, considerate and has a fantastic vision of what works best for you. I felt constantly cared for and I trusted her every step of the way.
