If you want to get away from the crowds at the Visitor Center side, the East Car Park offers a quieter option.Especially good if you are running or cycling. If walking be aware that the paths can be a little bit tougher, so walking boots are recommended.The windfarm trails are great because they give you options of short walks/runs/cycles or others that can last for miles and hours.The shortest loop for a walk is roughly 45 minutes, around 3 miles.

Plenty of wide open trails amongst the turbines. Great for dogs off the lead.
