Just bought a Citroen Berlingo from West Way. Delivered to Scotland on Friday and driven up by Gareth. It was a real pleasure to have bought it through Gareth who was great at everything we could have wished for. Highly recommend Gareth and the garage.

I have been trying for three weeks to be amicable and have the issues with my car sorted out however, constant phone calls to Tom and Mark have not resolved any issues. I’ve been promised callbacks they haven’t called me back, they sold me a car that within the first month had oil and engine issues. This has been ongoing for nearly 2 years. The car is now in need of a new engine and they refuse to help. I have been fobbed off constantly. And I’m now having to take this to the motor ombudsman.

It is a shame I don’t have an option to rate O star for West Way Nissan Manchester, because this is what they deserve, 0 star!Please think twice before you buy a car there.I bought a black car and they sold me a car that was a special edition with yellow wing mirrors and yellow hear bumper. The car was painted black and I didn't know!Here is what happened:- I bought an used black Nissan Juke there and I’m still paying for the car. A few months ago my husband noticed that the hear bumper and the right wing mirror paint was pealing and showing a yellow paint. Basically they painted the car black. Phoned Nissan and asked to speak to the manager Jonathan, he never answered me and never returned my calls, so I went to their shop and show them my car and Jonathan said he couldn't do anything… bla bla bla. I felt that what he wanted was for me to leave his shop so he said he was going to check if they could repair the paint and contact me to let me know. After that he never called me back or answered my calls.I phoned customer service, I phoned the finance company and no one would take responsibility.Im very disappointed! They don't value customers there. All they want is to make money. They are very good and friendly when they are selling the car, but if you have any problem after that they don't want to deal with it.Never mind I just bought a brand new car from Toyota, so Nissan lost a customer. I will never recommend them to anyone! Rubishhhh!!!!

Had excellent service and support from Dan in buying the Ariya. His knowledge of electric vehicles helped inform our decision making and he was also able to assist in getting a home charger fitted.

Thanks to all at West Way for sorting us out a lovely car/van!! For us. We are so happy. I delt with Mike from sales and can honestly say he was excellent, not pushy, informative, clear and approachable. Thank you Mike. We would definitely recommend this car dealership. No concerns with the vehicle so far! We came from Hampshire so a long drive but wouldn't hesitate to come up to Manchester again.
