Nurse Jenny and Jenny & Pat on reception are just amazing people. They are always kind, understanding and helpful, so easy to speak to and treat you like a human being rather than just a number. I believe these three ladies make such a major difference to the patients at Bramingham Park surgery - thank you from myself and my family.

I can’t speak highly enough of the attention and care I have received at this practice. Not just once, but each time I have needed medical care during the past 4 years. I have always received timely consultations and follow up care. Reception staff are caring and courteous in directing me to the appropriate person. Thank you all.

Received amazing care from Jenny on reception who took time to listen and was very sympathetic to my situation. I then saw Nurse Jenny and Dr Suleiman who were both efficient and kind.Such a busy surgery but so much care given to patients. Thank you.

No one ever answers the phone. Currently on hold at 8am as the first caller of the day.I have waited 4 hours once on hold and they hang up with no answer after waiting. You'll get a quicker response driving to the practice which I have to do every time.

Don't register with this GP, if I could give 0 stars I would. Have been calling at 8am twice per week for 3 weeks to try and get an appointment to see a GP. Each time I am told no appointments. Today they passed me over to 111. Pointless registering here as you can never book to see anyone.

Been my local GP practice for a few years and can have no complaints. Clear processes to follow for all routine requests and if you need to be seen quickly you will be.

Spent over an hour trying to get through for results of an x-ray only to be told that I would need to make an appointment. No appointment available either this month or the next. November schedule not available and would need to call again at 0800 to make one. Disgusting. I just want to discuss my condition is this too much to ask?

Every time I called for appointment, exactly 8am, waiting list gone over 20, I am new for this surgery. Staff told me come to surgery I can book appointment, I take day of from work , but staff told me only telephone appointment, if told me early I wouldn't book Day off . SAME TIME STAFF ASK WHAT IS REASON TO SEE THE DOCTOR. ITS CONFIDENTIAL MY HEALTH , SHE ASK INFORNT OF OTHERS PATIENT, ITS DISGUSTING AND OTHER PATIENTS KNOW ABOUT MY HEALTH , STOP DOING THIS TYPE OF APPROACH

Really poor communication with staff.Some receptionist are so rude they treat you as an inconvenience for calling.Trying to get through to the reception was a joke. told I was caller number 1 and on hold for 30 minutes.Phone appointments are a joke. They do 4 rings then hang up. You then have to wait for another appointment even though the phone appointment was booked 4 weeks ago! So another long wait.Good luck getting an appointmentJust a bad service all round.

I had an appoint to see the nurse, Jennifer Craig, and she was very efficient, kind and caring member of staff. She didn’t only do the job she was supposed to do but she also gave advice and information about other health issues that I have. I wish all staff members of this Practice is like Jennifer so all patients would be happy and pleased.
