Amazing place can leave my dog and not worry

I was really worried about leaving my two dogs as it was their first time being away from us ever and they’re both anxious dogs,one of them is extremely reactive towards other dogs also.The staff were very helpful and happy to accommodate their different diets and even give one of my dogs medication. I would definitely be happy to leave them here again as they’ve both come back home completely fine :) thanks so much!

Lovely clean secure kennels, obviously well cared for with high regard for their customers and their pets.Did ask to speak to the owner to compliment him on the kennels but apparently he was away on his private yacht so didn't get to meet him. I did however, get to meet the son who, whilst looking a little simple, does make a cracking cup of tea.

After a lot of research, my husband and I decided to put our cats into boarding for a week with Brinsworth Kennels. They are the most pampered, spoiled cats on earth and we were worried about how they'd be when they came back. GREAT NEWS! They were obviously well looked after and have settled back into our home routine quickly.The staff are all lovely and take pride in their work. We had lots of questions and worries - all were answered with confidence. The 'family' space was big enough for both cats & included beds and a scratching post, plus we were able to provide beds, toys etc.Highly recommend using Brinsworth! ✨

Came highly recommended even though it's a distance from where we live. Picked up ar Suzi after a 12 day stay. First time in kennels. This team are excellent looked after her very well, even groomed before we picked her up. If and when we will use again..

They don't walk the dogs only give them access to an outside area.Did not give my dog her medication while away for a few days even though I saw them write in her notes.Was given different prices over the phone and in person and had no record of booking when we checked her in. Bit of a mess

I can only say good things about here. My dog has stayed here twice now once with a wash before pick up and the other without and both times she doesn’t want to come home. This surely is a good thing? The staff I have met are all great, friendly and caring when dropping off and picking up.I have used a couple of other kennels where my dog has come home stinking. This is not the case here… if you go for the great optional groom before pick-up or not. I would recommend the groom though if you can pay the little extra always good to kill two birds at the same time. I have pre-booked to cover my other commitments this year already.Thanks for the great service

We have 3 dogs that love coming here, staff are amazing and always make us feel at ease about leave Ng our pets with them. Great service

I would not recomend brinsworth kennels at all, the last visit my pet had their she was unwell and despite the owner calling me on the phone to say shes not herself, i asked if she needed a vet,i was reasured thers no need to worry and no vet needed, i cut short my break n rushed back frim london tge next day to my horror she clearly needed vet assistence, and stools of blood,i rushed my dog straight to the vets,to my horror she is so ill she is at end of life n needs end of life care, that been said our vets details are on our vaccination cards and should be followd accordingly, id hate to think other beloved pets get treated this way without the right care,my pet needed medical aid and was neglected,i would not reccomend such kennels to any loving pet owner,.just no care for elderly pets
