Refused to honor price match deal even though the website makes clear they should including offers

Another good experience, big shout out to Andrew the fitter , working on his own getting his hands dirty on a busy Saturday morning. Cheerful under pressure.

Worked hard and quickly to put our good tyre on the spare rim and saved us an awful lot of trouble. They were all really pleasant and helpful. Will definitely recommend them and go there again.

Amazing service, the guys were very professional and making sure they follow the first in first out policy as many clients came trying to convince them to have their cars fixed there and there. Well done guys

I have had a utterly disgraceful experience, with National Tyres in bedhampton. I will be investigating the evidence I have regarding this shocking behaviour by a member of staff, who will for now remain nameless. I wish to make it clear that the new team located at this branch, are absolutely nothing to do with this issue. Infact they are all very professional & helpful. And the new manager is a very helpful & understanding guy. As far as Halfords customer service is concerned. They where my first port of call, to register a complaint. Not realising the 0330 number that I called was chargeable to my mobile network, I had already by now been on the call with customer services for for a good 10 minutes. The customer service representative was helpful at first. But he eventually disappeared, telling me he had to go away and do something in relation to my complaint. The rep never returned all I got was the silly music. Eventually I decided to disconnect the call, I was eventually on the telephone with customer services for almost 20 minutes. I had no intention of putting anymore money into Halfords bank account" especially after my experience with their garage. I'm not certain if customer service had my number available to them on their screen when I called them. Either way they never called me back anytime afterwards. I will update this review as I go along

Great service from the Bedhampton guys. They were really helpful in switching my Ford wheel nuts and replacing two tyres. Friendly staff and no attempt to up-sell or create extra work. Highly recommended, unlike the Halfords mobile fitter who was the exact opposite!

Went to get a tyre repaired after spotting a large screw in it. They repaired it within 20 minutes and did not charge me, I will return thanks guys, Made my day!

Visited in July 2022 to have 2 tyres replaced, which were already paid for online.One of the locking wheel nuts was damaged so needed to be removed and replaced. The staff arranged for a welder to visit to remove the part, at a cost of £50.00, payable only in cash.However the main issue was that I was charged for replacing this nut with a standard one, at a cost of £30.00 labour. I was not informed of this charge before agreeing to the work being carried out, which was unreasonable considering the wheel nuts had to be removed anyway to replace the tyre, so there was no additional labour required above what had already been paid for with the tyre fitting.I didn't query this at the time as we had a death in the family on the previous day and I urgently needed to use the car later that day.
