Initially I was impressed with the detail of the house valuation showing the past sales on Owlcotes Garth, plus the actual valuation which exceeded the other two estate agents I contacted.Once handed over to the Pudsey branch I have to say that both Kyle & Joel were brilliant. To make this more exceptional this was during the run up to the final stamp duty cut off and he tail end of the pandemic, but they helped us get everything done and sorted so we could make the deadline and save some money.Joel helped us sell our property, with excellent advice on valuation and getting the right people in to view the property.Kyle helped immensely during the sales and buying process, chasing up people and keeping us fully informed of what was going on and reassuring us when things were running close to the wire.They were very accommodating when we had queries about the property we were buying and allowed us to visit the property multiple times to check things.I would highly recommend using Dan Pearce if you are selling your home, and if they are representing a property you want to buy you will be in good hands.
