My daughter's iPhone 11 had a problem that looked easy to fix but turned out to be more complicated than expected. The team were superb and kept us informed of the process at every stage of the repair - not giving up until my daughter was happy with result. Very helpful and communicative staff. My phone screen broke and they were very good at keeping me updated as it took a while to get the part and get it fixed but happy with the service and for keeping me in the loop with progress. Would use again as trust them to do a good job.

Charly worked through a series of steps to solve my problem. Since he hadn't reached the end of the process by the time I reappeared at the shop, he sent me home with my laptop to try out the final puzzle - (which worked!!!!!!) He wouldn't take any payment even though he had spent working time on my behalf: a rare concept nowadays. Delighted to recommend Consoles and Gadgets.

The staff were very helpful when fixing the water damage on my phone. They explained everything they were doing and definitely made me feel as though my phone was in safe hands! They also managed to completely sort the problem so it's all back to normal. Will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone.
