August the 7thJust purchased a hilook cctv system my husband collected it from shop very friendly and helpful He did have a problem with one item ( it had incorrect instructions from the manufacturer) not zeniths fault He rang them and they offered to come to our house free of charge to sort the problem out He declined and went over to their shop and it was sorted.He cannot recommend them enough very pleasant and patient guys so don’t be afraid to use them.D v Lloyd

This seems to be a joke or a front for something. I ordered an alarm system from their website. Paid. Got the order confirmation via email. Waited a week. Nothing. Checked the bank and had been refunded. No email to say the order had been cancelled. No communication whatsoever. I don't know why I was refunded or why the equipment wasn't sent out. Waste of time.

On behalf of the Animal House Rescue we would like to say a huge thank you to these guys, brilliant service at a good price and Matt and JT were amazing. The job was done efficiently and with hardly any mess, was cleaned up too and left spotless.. The sytem is the clearest we have ever seen and we are thouroughly satisfied.

Ordered a eziviz door bell camera, the camera is temperamental at best. When someone rings the bell the screen is so slow to notify me, or when it does the video footage takes so long to load or crashes and I need to go to the door to see who's there which defeats the purpose of having CCTV door bell in the first place. Have aired my grievances several time and it's not resolved. Taj puts the onuson me to resolve the problem saying I must purchase a WiFi booster, and conveniently ignores my messages via WhatsApp now that he's got my £240. I had recommended a friend too and hers is even worse. So they now have £500 for a system that is not fit for purpose. Would not recommend!

Excellent service received from Zenith, they contacted me with advice of a newer model of the keypad I had ordered and the goods were received the following day. I would definitely recommend them
