Me and my friends went into your store today just expecting to look around for a dress for a wedding, not expecting to get anything. I decided to try a couple on when Nelly approached me to see how I was getting on, I told Nelly I didn’t feel very comfortable in the longer dress it felt clingy and I didn’t feel comfortable. Nelly suggested me trying a shorter dress which at first I didn’t know how I felt about that due to not liking my body type. Nelly made me feel so comfortable, brought me so many options, shoes a bag so I could see the full effect. She showed me pictures of her, as she had a similar body type to mine and she looked beautiful and gave me a different perspective on what to wear. She must have spent nearly an hour with us. My friend who had a similar body type to me and loved one of the options Nelly had picked out for me because it would suit her too. I managed to find a lovely dress for a wedding. Nelly didn’t make any of us feel pressured to buy anything she even picked items from the sale rack. Suggested where we could get accessories. I work in customer service and this type of personal 1-1 service is fantastic, your company should know better what a credit Nelly is to you. Thank you so much

Nice looking clothes, but so expensive and they're really only for special occasions. It would be nice if they did a range of smart everyday clothing to suit smaller budgets.

Great selection, including accessories, all at a reasonable price. Staff were really friendly and helpful as my partner was looking for a frock for a special occasion. Highly recommended.

My teenage daughter went in to find a dress with her Christmas money and was told by the sales woman she would have to buy the dress if she tried it on! The lady was rude and obnoxious to my daughter and her friend and I find this absolutely appalling behaviour from retail staff! I’m sure if I was there, the sales woman would’ve had a very different attitude! Retail staff need to realise if they treat customers well, the chances are they will return - as it stands, I’ve told my daughter not to go back there!

Great selection of clothes and sizes and very helpful. I find it hard to find dresses that fit properly but these fit perfectly and look so pretty and elegant. Would defo buy again

Needed to find a dress for my Winter formal coming up. Lottie was incredible, she brought me bags and shoes to try on with my dress, and made me feel $1 million. I've never had such an amazing experience trying on dresses before, keep up the good work. :)

The woman that was supposedly the manager shouted at my children because they touched the mannequin. She sent me out the shop, insulting shouting and pointing her hands towards my face because I was defending my children. She was discriminatory and incredibly rude towards me & my children. She is average weight with black hair and refused to give her name.
