When my husband and I walked into Kuoni Cheltenham to book our honeymoon, we really didn't have much of an idea of what we were looking for or what we would be able to book with our budget. As soon as we sat down with Fiona we felt reassured (helped by the fact she has recently been to Bali), which was our destination of choice! She took the time to understand the sort of things we were into so that she could then make suggestions for locations, hotels and activities that would suit us best! We are counting down the days to our belated honeymoon and couldn't be more grateful for Fiona's guidance and advice to make this happen for us.

Having used Kuoni (Cheltenham) over the last 10 years or more, they continue to exceed my expectations - whether it’s a city break, European holiday or an extended trip much further afield. When originally thinking about our honeymoon, we set to work trying to piece together a trip ourselves. Historically we have always been a couple to do this for our holidays, but we ended up being slightly overwhelmed when looking for the honeymoon, reading countless travel blogs, feeling the pressure of wanting to get the most out of the country we chose. After mentioning our struggles to friends, we were recommended Kuoni Cheltenham by my best man who had also heard great things… so glad I investigated as it’s been a great experience so far! We just booked our honeymoon to Bali and Harriet made the whole process incredibly easy and enjoyable. She took on board all of our notes for the trip we wanted. I can’t imagine we were the easiest clients given we weren’t really sure where we wanted to go when we first walked in the door! Fantastic and prompt service from Harriet at Kuoni in Cheltenham.She provided several great options following the brief we had given her, and then managed to secure the hotel and the last flights available at a competitive price.
