I walked into this store to exchange my sneakers and it was a smooth experience. I changed my 4.5 to a 4 size sneakers.

Staff were friendly and helpful for novice like me

Maybe it was the time of day, but I had to go hunting to find someone to assist with finding the right size of shoes. Didn't appear to be enough staff. Gave up in the end. Not impressed.

A sunday evening service; quite busy.Though there was limited sizes for female shoes. But i was able to place an order online for instore pick up.Also nice staff willing to help.

The shop was really clean and it was full of life. Shopping at JD was a real pleasure and it looks like found what I was looking for. The staff was super nice and helpful, it was really easy to follow the Covid 19 safety measurements around the shop and the quality of their products are at another level as well as the quantity. I am giving JD Sports 5 stars because they give everything they have everyday to satisfy their costumers.

Went into JD Sports today and was greeted with a smile from a gentleman who worked in JD Sports, bought a few things and one item was over charged.My wife brought it up for a correction and i was standing beside her, the girl who was doing the refund had no smile, no sence of customer service and truly needs training.She seemed almost like she didn't give a hoot about customers, staff these days especially young staff members need to realise that they would not have jobs without customers, so maybe a smile while serving customers even if you have to fake it.It's what keeps your job steady paying customers.
