The staff are very friendly and helpful, it’s got variety of stuff with amazing prizes ,really recommend.

Went at just gone 10pm as it says online open until 11pm. A male was behind the counter just shouted closed . I did say oh it says online your open till 11. He just shouted again closed. Not sure if there opening times have changed or he closed early but he was very rude

Would have given it one star but the prices in the shop are actually okay. Staff on the other hand are another thing. No sign of professional customer service. Ask a simple question and get met back with passive aggressive staff. And it's all of them that work there not welcoming or helpful at all. Been waiting at the desk while there all in the back. No apologies just snotty staff.
