Ideal location, shame about the customer service and food. After eventually getting noticed we was waiting at the counter to get served, We ordered 2 fish and chips and wanted a tea and coffee, was told they had no milk. Fish wasnt nice very small tasted like water, batter on fish wasnt nice either and very greasy. And £1 for sauce. Certainly 1 place we wont be going to again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered 5 portions of fish and chips, the fish were almost done but conveniently they “forgot” to make the chips. That wasn’t what bothered me too much. The service was absolutely shocking and disgusting. I was served my takeaway with no bag, expected to hold 5 portions of fish and chips and 3 portions of mushy peas with no bag, worst of all with having “no bags left” coincidentally they had no lids for the mushy pea… the women and her son who looked very underaged to work, wasn’t even apologetic about it basically said take it or leave. The attitude stinks worse customer service I experienced, son giving me death stares as though he’s never seen an Asian before, I really held back saying something, the whole aura in that fish and chip shop was just awful, the food it self was disgusting, no gloves were used in the preparation of the food, I find it extremely confusing really, if you don’t know good customer service, just don’t be in that environment of work simple as. Never visiting this place again, the staff made me feel very uncomfortable and disgusted with their attitude towards customers.

Customer service and food were both fantastic! Batter was light and crispy and the chips were amazing. I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg being on the main strip but the prices were good aswell. 2 fish and chips, 2 curry sauce and mushy peas was like 14 pound, cheaper then our local and 10 times better. Definitely recommend

We were in the cafe today with our kids and ordered 2 portions of fish and chips and tea.When we arrived and sat down neither the guy or woman spoke to us.We realised after 5 mins we had to order at the counter.We got the food within 10 mins but what followed really put me off my food.I watched as the woman stood behind the counter filled up the drinks fridge then proceeded to blow her nose and examine the tissue before poking about up her nose then blowing it again.I continued to watch as a woman came in and ordered 3 portions of chips and she took her money and served her food without washing her hands.We were still waitiing for our tea at this point and had to ask for it to which she didn't apologise she said it would be 5mins as she hadn't turned on the urn. Completely disgusting woman with no manners, hygiene or customer service skills.I now understand why the shop was empty when we arrived.

Can't really say much about the Atmosphere as I had it as takeaway but it looked decent and clean. Got my food about 5 minutes after ordering so fast service from my experience. Chips well cooked, fish and chips were hot and had no grease. I see some bad reviews here and there so quality and service may vary but I have no complaints on my end.

We nipped up to Blackpool for the lights with the family and wanted the old traditional fish and chips on the prom. The place looked smart from the outside so I thought we would give it a try. They got the order wrong which wasn't a good start and once we had sat down with the food it was downright terrible. When they say there was more batter than fish, I could have sworn blind the fish had been through a bacon slicer.

A new place with great food. The fish has a real good taste. The batter is crispy and tasty. Serving size a little on the smaller side a bit though. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Located just opposite the central Pier.

Great little find!! Very clean shop and super friendly staff! Modern decor very nicely done. Lovely fish and chips, good child meal option and lots of salt and vinegar on hand! : ) if only some other places would take some inspiration from here and fix up a bit! Well worth a visit.
