I have a tom cat who divines when he has an appointment and disappears for days. Staff have been very understanding about this - when he appears, I ring them, and they say yea or nay so that I can take him there and then.They are so kind to my cats when they are in their care. I have complete confidence.

£280 for a toy breed dog castration is ridiculous. Other vets in the area range from £198 to £240. The only reason we haven't moved vets yet is because we've already paid the initial consult fee when you first register. Strangely, the consult fee is on par with other vet surgeries, it's the treatment afterwards that jumps in price...UPDATE : spoke to one of the practice directors, who told me he doesn't set the prices (despite on their Facebook page etc giving the appearance of a family run practice"

Nice spacious clean vetenary practice, the staff are very polite and willing to listen to your concerns. Very professional and caring. Would like to see a pricelist pinned up or on website for regular procedures and testing. Overall very good, but feel parking is an issue, but there is a paying carpark near by.

I recently lost my beloved dog.The staff at Monument Vets treated me with such compassion and made a heartbreaking situation so much easier.The vet was so nice and understanding.I also recieved a lovely sympathy card and some wild flower seeds to plant in my dog's memory.Many thanks for everything

We've been using the vets here for years! They were with us every step of the way with a very poorly dog, taking us through every test and every result with kindness. Ben specifically was with us on this journey that unfortunately didn't have a happy ending but we returned to see him with our cats which just proves how much we think of him and the practice as a whole.

The vet that treated my pet was professional and friendly, however in hindsight i think the examination could have been more thorough.I found the receptionist aloof and unfriendly.

I live 25 miles away from this practice but am happy to make the journey. The whole team is kind, caring and professional .I've had three dogs supported by Monument. When I sadly had to say farewell to my 16 year old companion the team supported me through the final moments and contacted me afterwards. They are always happy to answer questions and give advice. Could not recommend a better vetinary practice.

Brilliant, caring, kind, lovely vets and staff. They have been our family’s vets for over 20 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust my dogs to different vets. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you. All of you.
