Service excellent, we were a rather big group but all food came out together and drinks came quickly considering how busy they were.Great service and good value for money .

Visited with family 3 adults 2 children. Ordered glass of wine, a beer. a coke and 2 fantas. Food was mixed grill with cheesy chips. Haddock and chips, 12 crunch wings, side of corn riblets, and a chicken and ribs. Food delivered, fish and chips was only warm. sent back the ribs came without the chicken which was coming, by the time fish and chips arrived, still no chicken, when asked again about it , reply was chef forgot it!!!! Told discount on bill for warm food, when bill given was charged for something we didn't get, also about missing chicken a further discount. Not overly impressed with the food. Staff very nice. Manager very helpful. Did notice an other table speaking to him as well. So obviously there were other problems

Amazing food. Beautiful presentation and Taste great!! Every time someone visits me in Yeovil, I take them here. Shout out to Darrel, lovely waiter with a good sense of humour.

Staying at the premiere Inn and had breakfast here. Staff not helpful could tell they wanted to go as they came across rude. We had breafast it was very poor served cold and items were missed and when been brought them after complaining we just recieved a plate of slop.We travel to many premmier Inn but sadly this was the worst.

Stayed in the Premier inn, there was only the back of house there trying his best to get some food out for people at 6am. No sign at all to say just sit down, so many people just waiting for someone to seat them at the wait here sign.I didn't even get a chance at cooked food as the man was still trying to cook it.

Our experiences at this restaurant have been pretty disappointing. The first time, on Father’s Day, we waited over an hour for a so-so breakfast. I get it was busy, but it wasn’t great. The second visit, a birthday meal with friends, was a mess — long wait, cold food. The manager apologised, blamed staff shortages, and offered a discount, but it couldn’t salvage the evening.Today was the last straw. The manager turned us away for breakfast, citing a lack of staff. It’s just frustrating.In a nutshell, this place consistently falls short on both service and food quality. After reading similar reviews online, I can’t see myself coming back or suggesting it to anyone. It’s a shambles

Awful meal here. The service was atrocious, the staff seem to stand around doing very little, when you ask for something, it gets forgotten (multiple times!). There is a clear lack of any motivation from the staff to give any decent service. The food itself was edible, but fairly cold and low quality. When we complained about food being cold it was not dealt with promptly by staff. Complete lack of any atmosphere. Took 2.5 hours to have just 1 course. I could go on. Definitely won’t return, avoid!!

Worst breakfast ever. Service was slow and rude. Lack of utensils and crockery. No bacon. Disorganized took 40 minutes to actually receive breakfast. Ask for 3 mushrooms get 3 1/4 pieces of mushroom. Expensive since supposed to be all you can eat but so slow not possible to wait for reorder. Not a buffet, had to wait for waiters each time. Never again.
