The Location team have been phenomenal from start to finish from the rental side of my property to then the selling of same property. Nothing was ever too much and the communication made the whole process stress free. Can’t thank the guys enough ♥️

Kathy and Leanne have been absolutely fantastic for us. From our first contact nothing was any trouble at all, a cheery voice everytime!Kathy worked miracles for us, you'd be a fool to use anyone else.... 10 out of 5!!

We have just sold our house through location i chose them because i really liked jordan who signed us up lovely chap. The house sold quickly i cant deny that I really think the staff need to work on there customer service every time i called i felt like I was disturbing them, Karen never returned my calls i was told on exchange day that we had exchanged by Karen when we hadn't ! Didnt even get a call to say sorry. In the end I wondered why on earth we paid them because martin and co the estate agent we bought our new house through actually helped me alot more with issues that in the end I felt like whats the point in phoning location as they wont help anyway very stressful time made worse by staff who i felt only cared about the money

This is the 3rd Estate agents I have dealt with and by far the easiest! I asked them to try and achieve the impossible for me and they did everything they needed to do make it work! Nothing was too much trouble for them, very friendly with every conversation that we had and nothing was too much trouble!I would highly recommend! Thank you again for everything you've done :)

I have just rented my second home from Kathy at location. I found Kathy and all the staff to be great and friendly. An easy process but very professional.

So impressed with Cathy, Leanne and the Team at Location, and recommend them highly. I cant remember the Ladies name, she showed us a house in Lindleys Lane, Kirkby-in-Ashfield.I don't know what possessed her to comment that will be outside your tax bracket" speaking of council tax of only £2800 a year. I'm from London and my bills and mortgage alone come up to that in a month.Clearly the fact that we were black made her assume such stupidness. I will not ever consider using them again.She mentioned 4 indirect racist comments. Assuming my partner and I couldn't afford certain places. Nasty chick she is. It has been a week and I haven't been able to get over it.We expressed interest in West Bridgford area and she mentioned the tax being too high for "you people"She doesn't know how much we earn (we are beyond comfortable) she doesn't know how much we spend or anything about us. All she had to do was show us the house.Even if I had liked the house

We are a Nigerian family who just moved to the UK and had quite a but of hassle getting a place but Location agents - Carol, Kathy and Leanne - were all so helpful. They took all our endless calls, explaining things to us each time. When we picked up our keys, they had closed but still they waited for us to arrive and when we couldn't find our way to the nearest KFC, Kathy took us there in her car. Carol was so lovely and helpful in helping us settle. We moved in less than 3 days after contacting Location and even my sister whose house we stayed on arrival, commented that Location has picked the loveliest people as staff.Thank you, LocationThank you, Carol, Kathy and Leanne - you guys were God-sent.

I would like to thank Leanne for all of her hardwork and patience throughout the sales process. I have been in sales for a long time and I would love to have a member of staff so committed and hardworking as Leanne is. She was a fantastic person to deal with even though I was very demanding. I would recommend Leanne and all the staff at Location in mansfield as one of the best estate agents I have ever dealt with if not the best. Thank you so much to you all
