30 minute wait for food & they still got my order wrong. Server was pleasant enough but spent more time chatting than working. Thoroughly disappointing.

Quite litterally THE WORST burger king I've ever eaten. If I wanted cold food I'd buy a sandwich (they've already been invented) if I buy a burger I want it at least warm.... Hot would be great but cold is a disgrace.Wastemen are working here. One star is generous... If I could give a minus 10 I would

Great food, £34 for 3 regular meals and one side is a little pricey but still have say I think it's better than McDonalds in terms of taste. The double whopper definitely appears to have shrunk but somehow I was definitely stuffed after so that's fine.

Travelled towards Bristol Severn view services on Thursday last week. HGV broke down. Asked for help from (Raf) store member of staff, he helped me with buckets of water running to and from the kitchen to help me get back on the road which was greatly appreciated. All the staff at this branch (Tia, and Josh) were also extremely helpful and compassionate. Thank you once again

Painfully slow service. Doesn’t appear to be any management. 25 minutes for a chicken royale meal! 4 staff on, not particularly busy just incredibly inefficient!All people in photo waiting over 15 minutes

Stopped to have a bite to eat here.Ordered via the screen and then had to wait over 25 minutes for 5 veg burgers to be made. It wasn’t even that busy so I don’t know why we had to wait.Burgers arrived and were just about warm. Lettuce inside looked anemic and not fresh at all. Fries were the best part of the meal.Staff kept the eating area clean and tidy.Wouldn’t stop here to eat again.

Clean facilities. Good service, cheerful staff. Comfortable seating and plenty of room. TV with News etc. Shop a little expensive but well stocked. Plenty of electric charge points. And ample parking.
