Went to see a van, Dan the salesman was brilliant, done me a good deal, picking up van Friday.Now, after a few months, the van I bought needed a Mot, put it in a garage and a few hours later the garage came back and told me that the steering rack had play and 2 new tyres were needed on the front of the van due to this and other issues, also the back box had to be renewed, I emailed BTC and was told as i didn't take it to them it was not there responsibility, after checking the last Mot the steering rack was put down as an advisories plus the tyres, also on the Mot it was stated that the milage was 115,743 miles but on the invoice I received it was stated as 115,000 miles

This company crudely repairs accident damaged vans in house and resell for huge profits. They are astonishingly quick to take your money and impossible to deal with after. These sales men are greasy, untrustworthy, greedy and seem to have an answer for absolutely everything. Do not purchase a vehicle from here. You have been warned.

AVOID: Awful customer service. Purchased a 2017 Sprinter, had fresh MOT but was delivered bald tyre & alignment problems, only 1 key, advertised w service history but not verified, windscreen chipped & needed replacing, turbo issues (arrived in limp mode), problems w electrics, owners manual left at dealers and not sent to new owner as promised... List goes on!Their free AA 12mth cover" only includes one breakdown & tow to nearest mechanic (value £10)

Quick and easy process to purchase. Vehicle in immaculate condition and cleaned up by the team, lovely to take it away. Helpful with all finance details - can't fault any part of buying a vehicle with these guys!

I would not by from these peopleI bought this van Citroen dispatch a month ago was sent back because of a leaky radiator the guy said it was a pipe that was all lies it was in-fact the radiator I made contact with the company again no answer no answer from my emails or phone calls then we become made a ware of other problems which again they ignored they didn’t check this when sold we have now missed a holiday and work due to this company and their lack of care would not buy again from this company avoid at all costs have added pictures of proof to show what we have had to go through I have all emails from last time and proof of phone calls I have made past and present so they can’t go and lie like I have seen on other posts update from what owner put all lies I have emails from this company this was not what happend they didn’t replace the pipe the fixed the pipe please see email also they said they wanted buy the van back after replacing and having to pay thousands to get sorted out what they couldn’t do cost us more then this van was worth all he was willing to pay for was the radiator that we had to pay to get sorted because his garage couldn’t get a thing right and a full refund and take the van back but wasn’t willing to pay the extras to what we had to pay out for because his company couldn’t get a thing right so please don’t belive this mans lies if anyone would like to see proof then please message me I will not be letting this man get away with ripping a family off with a disabled child who he took no consideration when he told me our van was unfit for the road but still sold it to us also recorded if anyone would like to here this do not fool for this man and his dangerous company he want get away with this

We have recently bought 2 vans from Bristol Trade Commercials and have bought numerous vans over the past few years with this company and we have always received great customer service. The vans are always in great condition and very good competitive prices. We would highly recommend Bristol Trade Commercials to anyone who has a requirement to purchase vans.

Wish I could give 0 stars I purchased a berlingo in December which I was able to drive for 18 days of the first 3 months due to fuel issues went back to them after 2 weeks where the high pressure fuel pump fuel rail pressure sensor and cam belt and waterpumpwas changed they wanted me to contribute towards the Cam belt cost which I refused. Then after 4 days the same issue straight back to them different tanks of fuel where it was then blamed on contaminated fuel and the only way I could get it back was to pay £300 to which I asked for an extra 3 months warranty as I was only able to drive it for 18 days of 3 months. To which they agreed I have it in writing via email 3 days later a fuel leak payed by myself to rectify no offer to cover it then later on the boost solenoid packs in which was refused saying all jobs were carried out under warranty so went against what I have in writing. As with all bad reviews the excuses will follow just avoid at all costs
