I ordered 3 sets of wheels end of August, which never arrived. Owner promised to send the tracking details, he didn`t. After a few email exchanges and getting support from Citizens Advice owner promised to send a refund, but this wasn`t processed. I finally got my money back after asking my bank to step in to get a refund, I had to wait another month to actually get my money back. While I understand the owner was unwell from our email exchanges, it`s not acceptable to withold refunds for unfulfilled orders.

Place doesn't exist. Scammers.EDIT: It's a friend who has ordered and you haven't replied to any contact and the tracking details are fake. I live in Yeovil so went down to investigate for him. I have been to your location and there is no skate shop there and or anywhere on the estate that I can see (and I skate that place from time to time in the evening). If things are rectified I will retract my review but your website and IG as well as your fake address all scream scam site.EDIT2: there is no office there, the building your pin drop is on are metal storage containers....not a building and the units I have been in around that area, have no knowledge of you.Contact has been attempted but has had no reply.

Partner ordered me a board. They never shipped it, their office listed on THEIR website is apparently 'out of date'. Still haven't received a refund. ABSOLUTELY AVOID - Not listed as a business on the government website either. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.EDIT: Still waiting for you to reply to my email regarding a refund. Still waiting for original order. Still waiting for replacement order. Emailing again isn't going to change anything, is it?
