My wife use to visit regularly for nails in Helen Nails & Beauty Ltd. She liked the way they do and the quality of nails they make is absolutely nice. She tried few places in Coventry and finally she find the best place. I recommend to visit.

Rude staff who were difficult to communicate with due to language barrier (which is obviously ok to have different languages however it made colour choosing and explaining more difficult ) . The nail design although nice was not what I asked for and two nails broke after less than a week and considering they were very expensive ( 43 pounds) this was unexpected and disappointing. I will not be returning.

My cuticles weren't cleaned, i asked for French manicure and the guy cut my nails and then put tips on them without asking for permission to cut my nails it just took me by surprise... Then i was too shocked to say something... And my french ended up being a nail that was half white half the bed of the nail which doesn't look right at all... I am very uncomfortable with these nails on as they are mishaped and i look like a horse with french wanna be manicure! Horrible!

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I had insufficient funds in my bank account and they physically assaulted me by trapping my leg in the door and throwing me around by my neck in the shop where the camera was unable to see luckily there where witnesses outside THIS IS NO JOKE

I do not recommend this place, paid for a pedicure and they didn’t put polish as they do not have it, they tried to force me to pay 5£ more to have gelish put when I do not put gel on my feet. Also they tried to over charge me when leaving stating that they changed their price suddenly! Please be aware !

Prices displayed are old prices. They don’t inform you until you go to pay and they have card merchant stickers on window but then only accept cash on the till. Trading standard will be informed and they can pay the fine for false price and misrepresenting information

Had full set on both hands and feet costing £88 and within a week two nails on my hands snapped at the tip line. This is not the first time this has happened within a week of having them done. I gave them benefit of doubt the first time but I will definitely not be visiting again.

It’s a good place to get your nails done I went with my friends and there nails came out amazing. They did take a while though but I’ll be sure to visit again :). The nails lasted a long time and I was quite happy
