I contacted John due to my car going in to limp mode after showing a dpf light on the dash. John came out and did a diagnostics and found the issue with a blocked dpf and cleared it for me. My car feels brand new again! John is full of knowledgeable information, and I promise I will listen so I don't get in the same situation again! Haha. Super friendly, efficient service. Thanks John! Great service. John came to my help at an hour's notice. That itself is worth appreciating.He came round my house, did the job of carbon cleaning and shared some good knowledge whilst waiting. The engine light is gone for good now and the car is as good as John described it would be after his cleaning service. I was almost about to spend £700 to replace the EGR valve but I am glad to have met John and used his product for a fraction of that amount. I have already spoken to few friends about his work and my family members will be calling him soon too.Thank you John. I have been asking John to have my car remapped and its been a considerable time now. Today I was told that since my car is 2011 reg, its a bit longer process to remap it and that if it was a year older or younger then it would have been ok but particularly 2011 reg is longer to remap. That is definitely not the case.I have also learned that 'carbon cleaning of the engine' service's results are subjective, not objective. If your egr is right in front of your eyes and hydrogen is flowing through it then maybe yes otherwise the hydrogen never reaches the EGR to begin with. In my case, the engine light came up again. I asked John for advice and was told rudely that my EGR wasnt resilient enough so its not John's fault. I kept saying that I am not here to fault find, I just want to get this issue sorted thats all. John came back and advised that throttle body needs cleaning so I spent money on that too but the engine light wouldnt go. All the other places I get diagnosed would say its EGR but John wouldn't accept it.To conclude, being told that my car reg in particular makes it harder to remap is not an honest advice. I was his 5 star customer that was willing to pay money to get this issue sorted but eventually I had to go elsewhere and got it fixed. Just listen to your customers and be polite and sincere to them... Disappointed.

My Citroen C4 Grand Picasso has had intermittent DPF issues for about a year. Fed up with expensive solutions proposed by the dealership - who seemed to think only they held the answers - I gave John a call to see what could be done. Running the diagnosis machine through my vehicle seemed to produce more questions than answers on the root cause of the DPF issues. However John had the intuition/knowledge to follow up on testing a specific part of the car after noting specific pressure changes. This turned out to be the cause of the issue, and after running a DPF cleaning process with a specific focus on this part, we had the pressure reduced back to normal levels and the car running like new again compared to what it was before, at a very reasonable price compared to what I otherwise would have faced. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for this work. Thanks again John.

John, thank you for what you have done.I called John in regards to an acceleration problem on my 2008 FORD FOCUS. He was very responsive over text and phone and arrange an appointment within 2 days.He came and just by hearing my engine running, he confirmed it was an EGR issue. He ran some diagnostic, explained to me what was wrong and what he was going to do before he began and if I was happy with everything.Then he got straight to fixing the EGR problem, began the carbon clean process and put some fuel injector. During the fix, I was asking him loads of other questions in relation to cars and he just answered them. The guy is full of knowledge.An hour later, engine was quieter and after driving it for 2 weeks, I can hit higher speeds quicker, save a few more quid on fuel, and it feels a lot smoother.5* service, thanks John!
