I have call record of a trained 'Professional' who hung up on a client who was suicidal and needing serious help. From the same professionals on another occasion, a female specialist was completely unprofessional and pulled cultural rank on a client and actually causing a triggered state to the point the police were called.Abhorrent company and I never say anything I dont have proof of. This sham of a company are used by the BT group, EE, amongst a few major well known brands and are supposed to be for the welfare of their staff! Evidence says the opposite is happening. I seriously hope these firms care about the mental wellbeing of their staff when using this destructive unfit for purpose service, I will be contactng these firms and providing the cases and proofs of their unforgivable practises and really see how much they care for their employees when leaving their mental welfare in the hands of these charlatans.I have boycotted this disgusting company and everyone who has seen and heard the proof is shocked, disgusted and also have spread the warning of this company. They haven't even apologised to the clients afore mentioned.
