Attended a friend's wedding & the venue was impressive & atmosphere very good, thoroughly recommend it for this type of event.

We arrived an hour early and had to wait outside on pub seats, cause there’s nowhere to wait inside ( mind it if you want to go there when weather is bad or it’s cold ). I had to use the loo so my bf asked if I could come in and go and the lady said the pub has toilets, so I should go there. We said we’re there for the movie anyway, we showed our tickets, she spent 2 more minutes making excuses and then let me use the toilet. Toilets are absolutely obscure, so smelly, dirty and tiny. When I came back from the bathroom my bf told me the whole time the lady and the guy were talking about how much they hate their jobs, how much they want to quit and were talking about other options and why they can’t do them. So yeah, staff very clearly hates their jobs, they’re not welcoming, they have awful attitudes ( especially the lady ), just didn’t feel welcomed there at all. We were even thinking about going home. Then the movie room was cold, the screen was very small and from a balcony it felt like just watching it at home. Really don’t see how they come up with ticket prices, it’s really not worth it. End of the day, we agreed we’re not going back and it definitely didn’t feel like a cinema date. Very poor service and the place is just bad too.

A terrific little movie theatre. A throwback with respect to screen size and balcony. Perfect vibe for seeing the new Mary Poppins flick. Opt for seats in rows close to the screen for best viewing. Though somewhat limited, there are snack options. Clean restrooms. Only drawback is ticket booth is small and right inside entrance which causes some congestion so you may need to queue outside for a couple of minutes.

A really great little place in bath I love cinema and a regular cinemagoer I have never been here before but it came up when I was looking for a film which didn't seem to be anywhere else or at least at a decent time so I thought what a great opportunity to give this place a try I really enjoyed it I loved the original feel to the place one downside I found was the place smelt strong of cigarette smoke to the point that even when I got home it was like I could smell it on me I'm not sure if it was from before smoking ban and it's adsorbed on to the building or wether people are smoking near by and it's getting in I'm not sure but still a really great little place hidden in centre of bath that's worth a visit

As much as I like to support an indie cinama, the staff doesn’t seem to care at all about their customers. Went there 2 days ago and on my way out I heard two women complaining about how cold it was in the room. I went back today and noticed it was even colder so I thought I’d say something as obviously the first time the other women said something wasn’t enough. The guy couldn’t care less, he just said it was on automatic. I asked if they couldn’t change the setting or just turn it off as everyone was covering up during the 3 hour screening and I nearly left that’s how cold it was. I had leggings and a coat… the guy just had a smirk and didn’t even reply. It’s totally unnecessary, it’s barely 20 degrees outside and just bad for the environment too. On an other note, you can hear music from the venue next door whilst the movie is playing. SO unless you want to overpay to see exactly the same movies as anywhere else but almost freeze to death whilst unfriendly staff couldn’t care less go right ahead

Absolutely adore this tiny cinema tucked away in a side road of central Bath. It doesn't serve drinks, but The Grapes is just next door and on sunny days there is outdoor seating. The cinema itself is quaint and large enough nit to feel like sometimes living room but small enough to be cosy and intimate. All the 'big films' play here as well as less well known and more art house type offerings. I was particularly happy to see they have dog friendly" showings (I don't have a dog

Visited with my girlfriend as part of a 3 day birthday weekend. We found this place by happenstance having just left The Thermae Bath Spa. I saw a small cinema and walked over, hoping for retro reruns & the like.I was spell bound to see a 40th anniversary restoration of the Talking Heads live concert Stop Making Sense". We quickly went inside & made our booking for the evening.Upon arrival for the showing my lady bought Malteasers and we headed upstairs. We were the sole occupants on the upper balcony and it's myriad sofas. Admittedly this places you very far from the screen at a canted angle so this it to held front of mind when booking. We had a great time & enjoyed our evening at Little Theatre. Looking around the posters in the foyer & staircase there seems to be a run of interesting old reruns to be had in the future. We didn't see the 2nd screen or any of the other facilities so cannot comment."

Found this place while on a break in Bath - the best place I have ever found to chill and watch a movie. It’s a real gem and I couldn’t recommend more-lovely friendly staff and a brilliant atmosphere!!! Thanks for a lovely evening.

Started the film 45 minutes after the advertised start time. The screen quality was not good, you could hear the other screening at several points. Also cost nearly £40 for 2 people, completely ruined the enjoyment of the film.
