Come out straight away for the faulty glass washer, ‘fixed’ it by shortening a few wires, charged over £100, within weeks the element burnt out, I have been trying to get them back since September, without any luck, they don’t return calls, then give every excuse under the sun, it’s hard enough at the minute without throwing money away, I wouldn’t recommend them at all
