We use the travel lodge regularly, it's value for money, basic accommodation but just what we need. It's location is the main reason for staying, coupled with the value for money aspect.

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, downstairs had new carpets, upstairs was a little tired but clean - lovely dog bed, letter and dog treat left for Angus our westie in our room which was a lovely touch. Staff helpful and friendly and our stay was comfortable. The one downside was the awful amount of litter in the woodland/grass around the hotel and services area - such a shame and needs cleaning up. Hence 4 stars not 5.

Travelodge Newcastle Seaton Burn
Have stayed here on quite a few occasion the location is great. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean and cool.The staff are always friendly and very obliging especially Joanne the manager always a warm welcome and a Friendly smile nothing is to much trouble for her also the housekeeping staff go above and beyond to make our stay a pleasure,we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Newcastle as we feel like family not just guests Always look forward too staying here.

Travelodge Newcastle Seaton Burn
Staff were welcoming and friendly i cant fault them. Have stayed before and had no issues at all but this time our beds were all so uncomfortable we only got a couple hours sleep each night. We didn’t complain as i imagine all the beds are the same. We ended up leaving hours earlier than we planned as we were all suffering with bad backs and could not sleep any longer.

Just stayed 2 nights at Seaton Burn, for a family wedding close by. I have to say most friendly, helpful staff. Exceptionally clean and maintained all areas. Very comfortable stay

The travelogue was lovely and clean, wonderful staff, brilliant manager who was so helpful when my husband fell ill and needed an ambulance. Would definitely stay again, especially with greggs and burger king just outside.

Just outside Newcastle with an easy commute via bus or car.Room was good, basic but everything you need for a night without paying a fortune.Staff were amazing, friendly, chatty and helpful
