Nice and tidy. The staff members are welcome. The prices are brilliant. I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up to the management.

Rudest customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I walk in the store and there isn't much stock and then when I go to buy something while I wait in the que, no smiling just looking at you very strange or dirty looking. When you get served its very rude and disrespectful with no care. Example of when I went in a guy served me and I asked for electric as I first approached the till he was talking to his colleague and didn't speak to me just waited for me to talk and then I wasn't sure if he had done it so had to ask and very rudly replied with YES straight answer and then straight to NEXT as I was still stood there with my stuff on the counter.. They treat you like an unwanted item and all they want is you to go away. No place to waste your money from poor customer service and they are also rude to everyone in my family so it's not just me. Me and my family never come to this particular co-op and I will be trying to report them.DON'T SHOP HERE ITS BAD

So bad everytime i walk into the shop everyone follows me and whispers around and i have no privacy, i dont know why like they gave me free drinks and stuff a few times but then they kept following me and sometimes wouldnt let me in

Just done me out of £5. To quick on throwing my reciept away. Not even asking if I wonted it. Should have said something. But coz hadn't got reciept didn't. I only had £10 in purse gave me £2.10 change shopping was £2.90.

Vile new design makes me sick i feel nauseous whenever I'm nearby disgusting not shopping there again!!!!!

Friendly staff, great range of products and also plenty of space to park a car...

The worst co op in the area. Staff are miserable and one of em wants to be friends with everyone. How this is working ill never know. They also don't care about the car park and the idiots that block the entrance, but that's alright as long as they keep up their friendships and professional profiles. Appalling.

I just popped in to buy a newsppaper and experienced extremely poor customer service by the Colleague at the till. I approached the kiosk and said morning like a normal civilised person would. At no point did the Colleague say anything to me, not even eye contact. I paid and said bye and thank you. I proceed to leave the shop and as I'm leaving, the Colleague suddenly perked up and greets the next Customer who was behind me. It doesn't hurt to treat everyone with the same respect!
