Horrible slow unhelpful service. Had to wait with a crying baby for a balloon while they carried on cleaning shelves for a few mins before getting it. Took 20 min to buy a balloon while being the only customer inside.

Awful service balloons blown up not asked if I wanted a bag which presumably I would for balloons ! To then be told have no bags and can’t refund now they are inflated . Patronising sales assistant could use some training ….. would never recommend

Weird store. Very store and most cards are related with some sort of alchohol. There are close to none formal normal birthday cards
