Initially we got off to a great start. They came out promptly and did what they could to clear the drain. The CCTV footage showed a part of the drain had collapsed so I was advised to call the office and arrange a site visit. Over the following week I called every day until eventually they said it would be 2 weeks before they could carry out said visit. It has now been 6 weeks!!! In the last week I have called 3 times, each time being told they would call me back. Nothing, not one call. I'm done waiting for this lot. Plenty of other companies out there that want my business.
