I was on route to an important family event in Orkney when my brakes on my Ford Transit camper failed. I was pretty stressed as I had a ferry to catch that evening and was tight for time. The incident happened near to Falkirk so I managed to get the vehicle to People’s Ford. This was a Friday afternoon and I know that the average time to get a vehicle booked in is a number of weeks. I was met at reception by Hayleigh and Fraser who calmly discussed the problem and willing took in the vehicle to diagnose the problem. The problem was found to be a split brake pipe which was quickly and efficiently replaced by Brian Marquis. I am extremely impressed and grateful for the top level service and support I received. I understand that they shuffled around existing jobs to fit me in and get me on my way. If it wasn’t for their help and support I would have missed out on an important family event. I was in and out of the workshop in less than a few hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using People’s Ford in the future

Whilst browsing for a replacement for my wife’s trusty but tired, 10-year old Fiesta Titanium, we liked the look of a high-spec, low-mileage ST-Line Fiesta Vignale in Falkirk. Super salesman Bill Nichol’s enthusiasm and refreshingly honest “can-do” attitude made it all happen very quickly, as he built us a competitive deal with realistic trade-in price and a few wee extras thrown in to sweeten the pot.
