Fusion Therapies

I was recommended to Alec by a friend. I did not know much about Thai Massage. I had had an injury in my right shoulder for over nine years. I had decided not to practice Hot Power yoga because of the pain. I had a two-hour-massage with Alec and now can do Hot yoga and can barely feel any discomfort in my shoulder. The gentleness and the empathy that Alec offers allowed me to feel free to express all the emotional pain that was linked to the physical one. I feel very fortunate. Highly recommended!

Treatments from Alec have been really beneficial, physically and for overall well-being.
