We had a standard room which was a good size and very clean. We had a groupon cream tea overlooking the pitch which was very tasty and fresh.We had to evacuate our room at 4am on our first night stay due to the fire alarm. Staff were always friendly and polite.

We had a gift voucher for the spa so can't comment on the rooms. Spa was fabulous. Staff we excellent as was the service and care they took of us. Highly recommended.

Had afternoon tea for two experience, I had a Groupon offer, good for that price but would not pay full price. Great view of the football pitch. Exceptionally clean.

Please note you have to ask for your room to be cleaned when staying here. Booked this place for 3 nights and they expected us to resuse the same towels and not to take out rubbish. I've never experienced this in staying with any other hotel in the World. Even after asking Emily at the reception it still was not going to be done until I had to wait to tell the maids before leaving. The service at this hotel is run by graduates who have no desire to work here. Even after explaining to emily that the room was not in the maids list of rooms to clean she made no attempt to contact them. Asked for new towels to the room, waited for 2 hours as phones dont work and then eventually had to walk down to reception to request again. Don't be fooled by the contemporary rooms. Service is really bad and you would find a better service B&B closer to the beach

Stayed here back in autumn 2022.Our stay was lovely and found the room large, clean and comfortable.Staff here were really nice and made the experience the best it could be with friendly and helpful attitudes.The only downsides were that in places things were a little scruffy. Tired corridors and a slight leakage from the shower reflected in the 4.

We loved every minute, we had a room overlooking the pitch which was awesome. We had a lovely meal in the corner flag and all the staff were lovely. Definitely be visiting again

A really nice hotel in the centre of Blackpool. We stayed for one night during the Airshow weekend and cannot fault it. The rooms were clean. The restaurant was excellent and all the staff were friendly and professional.Had an excellent view over the football pitch whilst eating breakfast. Talking of which the breakfast buffet is great value and was delicious.The location is about 10 mins walk to central pier and the promenade.Will definitely use this hotel again.

I stayed at the Blackpool FC Stadium Hotel for three nights and had a delightful experience. The service was excellent, and I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the room, as well as the bathroom. Our dog also seemed to be very happy in the room. The air conditioner was both useful and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay.The breakfast provided was a buffet, and I appreciated the variety of options available, including both cold and warm dishes. The staff members were cheerful, helpful, and kind, which added to the overall positive experience.If there is one aspect that could be improved, it would be the car park. In my opinion, customers should not be charged for parking their cars. Implementing such charges may lower the hotel's perceived class. Additionally, I would suggest allocating rooms at the end of the corridor for guests with dogs. Since we were in the first room along the corridor, there was a lot of foot traffic, which attracted our dog's attention. This was especially noticeable during the night, and it occasionally made our dog feel scared or anxious when we were not present in the room.Overall, I highly recommend the Blackpool FC Stadium Hotel.

My partner & I stayed here for two nights. The receptionists were pleasant & the booking in process was very quick. Our room was large & clean, with a view of the pitch.Breakfast was buffet style, it was both plentiful & tasty. All members of staff were friendly & helpful
