Booked in for earwax removal,lovely polite lady kept me informed of the procedure throughout examination showed me pictures also of my ear drum..lucky me never needed to have procedure,,best oart was having the visit at home in the comort of my own enviorment.

I have just had my 6 monthly hearing test by Robina who was lovely as usual. I cannot believe the difference that she was able to make on my Phonak hearing aids.My hearing had deteriorated and neaded different domes. I've always had excellent service these past 7 years, but Robina this time seamed to have gone the extra mile.So pleased, well done Robina and Veritas.Bob Mason

Veritas have looked after my hearing needs for almost 4 years. Can't speak too highly of this company, especially Naseer, one of the audiologists, who did my annual check-ups. Such a nice guy whose technical skills are A1 and is highly empathic and genuinely interested in my welfare.
